Abstract
서울市內에 位置한 慶熙醫療院 小兒齒科에 來院한 齒牙周圍組織이 健康한 乳齒列期의 兒童
中 蝕經驗 乳齒指數가 10以上인 兒童(平均 12.21) 28名(男 13名, 女 15名)을 調査群으로,
10未滿인 兒童(平均 3.85), 26名(男 10명, 女 16명)을 對照群으로 하여 이들에게서 採取한 非
刺激性 唾液內의 IgA 濃度를 測定分析하고 口腔衛生指數를 測定한 結果 다음과 같은 結論
을 얻었다.
1. 混合唾液內 IgA 濃度는 調査群이 對照群보다 顯著히 낮았다(P<0.001).
2. 唾液內 IgA의 濃度와 蝕經驗 乳齒指數間의 相關關係는 調査群에서 逆相關關係를 보였
고, 對照群에서는 相關關係를 認定할 수 없었으며, 全體 硏究對象에서는 逆相關關係를 나타
내었다.
3. 口腔衛生指數는 調査群이 對照群보다 顯著히 높았다 (P<0.001).
4. 唾液 分泌率은 調査群이 對照群보다 多少 낮았으나 統計學的 有意性은 없었다.
5. 男女間의 IgA 濃度는 調査群과 對照群 모두 有意한 差異가 없었다.

The purpose of this study is to research the relationship between salivary IgA and
dental. Author divided the children who had healthy periodontal tissues into 2 groups.
Experimental group; 28 children were selected on the basis of deft index more than 10,
Control group; 26 children who had deft index of less than 10. The IgA concentrations
in whole saliva were measured by the single radial immunodiffusion method using a
disposable low-level immunodiffusion plate (Hyland Co., U.S.A.) The results were as
follows :
1. The mean value of IgA concentration in whole saliva of experimental group was
lower than that of control group, and its difference was highly significant statistically.
(P <0.001)
2. Relationship between IgA concentration and the deft index was revealed negative
correlation in experimental group (r=-0.51, P<0.01) and whole subjects (r=-0.67, p<0.001),
but there was no correlation in control group. (r=0.05, p>0.05)
3. The mean value of oral hygiene index in experimental group was higher than that of
control group, and its difference was highly significant statistically. (P<0.001)
4. The mean value of salivary flow rate in experimental group was slightly lower than
that of control group, but its difference was not significant statistically.
5. Each group showed no significant difference when IgA concentration of whole saliva
in both sexes were composed.
